What to include in your request

To help us investigate efficiently, include:

  • The AI client you are using: ChatGPT, Codex, or Claude.
  • Whether you selected the Company or Agency login path.
  • The approximate date and time of the issue, including your time zone.
  • The action or tool you were trying to use.
  • The complete error message shown on screen, if available.
  • Your Bonsai tenant code, only when it is relevant to the issue.
⚠️ Security notice: Never send passwords, OAuth codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, one-time passwords, payment data, or confidential customer data by email.

Connection and login help

  1. Make sure you are connecting to the official Bonsai MCP server: https://mcp.bonsaisolutions.it/mcp
  2. Choose Company if you need to connect directly to one Bonsai environment.
  3. Choose Agency if you use Bonsai Agency and need to work with an authorized client tenant.
  4. Complete the OAuth authorization flow in the browser.
  5. If the client reports that it cannot discover or connect to the server, copy the visible error and contact support.

Change the connected user

Disconnecting the connector in an AI client does not always end the existing Bonsai browser session. During authorization, check the email shown under "Authenticated user". If it is not the account you want to use, select "Sign out and change user", then choose Company or Agency and sign in again.

Tenant and module errors

  • Agency users can only access tenants assigned to their organization.
  • If a tenant is not available, contact your Bonsai administrator before contacting support.
  • Some tools require the corresponding Bonsai module to be active for that tenant.
  • A disabled or unavailable module should produce a clear error and does not authorize the connector to access another tenant.

Disconnect the connector

You can disconnect the Bonsai MCP Connector from the app or connector settings in ChatGPT, Codex, or Claude. To request assistance with access revocation or personal data rights, email info@bonsaigrowth.it.
